How long will it take to complete my order?

The current TAT is 15-20 business days for made to order releases. All ready to ship items have a 1-3 day business day turnaround.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are shipped via USPS and take between 3-5 business days to arrive to you. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped.

What is our return policy?

Since most our items are made to order, we have a 72 hour return policy for defective or wrong items. No visible wear should be on the item. When returned you will be given a store credit to use at any time for another item or a refund, whichever you decide.
